How does recovering a Renault and Dacia authentication code work?

When we receive your order, we check your serial number (VIN) then we use our global Renault database to retrieve your Renault authentication code and then send it to you by email.

I did not receive my code by email!

Delivery times for a code are a maximum of 24 hours but you generally receive it within 2 to 6 hours, check your spam.

The code doesn't work!

If your code does not work, most often it is due to a VIN error, check it again and contact us .
